Founder & CEO of Project Broadcast
Jake Dempsey is the co-founder and CEO of Project Broadcast, a business messaging platform on a mission to accelerate and scale the success of the small entrepreneur. A seasoned technologist, serial entrepreneur, and tireless advocate for direct sellers and network marketers, Jake brings over 25 years of software engineering experience and over a decade of in-the-trenches leadership within the network marketing space.
Before launching Project Broadcast, Jake made his mark in the world of enterprise software, building large-scale solutions for industries ranging from digital healthcare to global travel, and even collaborated with Apple on the launch of the App Store. He has served as employee #1 at multiple startups, helping craft vision and build elite development teams from the ground up, often before the product had a name. His work has been featured on devices in every Apple Store, and his enterprise solutions have handled data at global scale.
But Jake isn’t just a builder, he’s a creator. An inventor at heart, he’s authored patents, published books, coached top leaders, consulted for early-stage network marketing companies, and spoken on stages across the country to help people unlock income potential through better tools and better thinking.
Jake’s experience with field leaders and corporate teams gives him a rare dual-lens perspective. He knows what the field needs because he’s lived it. That empathy is baked into every feature of Project Broadcast. His experience in building world class software, building teams, and truly understanding the customer is part of the reason that Project Broadcast currently sits as the world’s largest marketing automation platform supporting solo entrepreneurs.
A self-professed curly-headed winning machine, Jake is powered by an obsession with problem solving, a heart for service, and a deep love for entrepreneurship, family, cars, and 80s cartoons. He’s the kind of leader who can jump from whiteboarding a new software architecture to quoting Transformers: The Movie, all in the same breath.
